P.S. Catering was founded by cousins Amy Pelfrey and Aleeshia Simpson, two women who have always believed that some of life’s best moments happen around a table filled with family, friends, and great food.

Coming from a large family, food has always been our love language. Whether it was holiday gatherings, birthdays, Sunday dinners, or simply finding an excuse to get everyone together, food was at the center of every memory. It brought people together, created conversations, and made ordinary moments feel special.

As our passion for cooking, entertaining, and serving others grew, so did our dream of creating something meaningful together. That’s how P.S. Catering was born. The name “P.S.” comes from our last names, Pelfrey and Simpson, but it also serves as a reminder of the personal touch we bring to everything we do.

We love our community and wanted a way to become more involved, give back, and help people celebrate life’s most important moments. Whether we’re catering a wedding, corporate event, baby shower, brunch, or family gathering, our goal is to make every event feel welcoming, memorable, and stress-free.

As wives, mothers, and family-oriented business owners, we are building more than a catering company—we are building a legacy. Our hope is that P.S.
